Working closely with the suppliers

We work closely with our suppliers as a team.

Essential oil play a big role in our product lines and we work directly with distiller Florihana and importer Aroma Zone from France. Every batch we buy we receive a Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry report (GC/MS) to ensure the quality and purity.

In order for essential oils to have a therapeutic effect, they must be pure plant extracts. Because we can’t tell the purity of essential oils from its aroma, GC/MS is the best way to ensure the purity and quality of each batch. GC/MS report is done by experienced chemists with advanced technology. They look for purity and that the oil is truly from the identified plant genus and species, or whether the oil is adulterated or not.

Minimized packaging

We use green, recycled material for our packaging.

Our body butter jar is a 100% recycled PET jar and with a UV filer that protects the natural ingredients inside. The jar can be reused after the product is finished.

We minimize unnecessary packaging to avoid adding cost to our customers and so we don’t produce more waste to our Earth.

 Less on the Skin

The skin is the human body’s biggest organ. It performs many important functions which includes preventing our water-rich bodies from drying out. It is also one of the most important organs of elimination- sweating out minerals and waste products from the body. Unfortunately, our skin is exposed to different unhealthy environment everyday including synthetic fibers, poor air quality, chemical exposure, smoking, UV, unhealthy diet and heavy make-up etc.

Although most people don’t realize it, their favorite skin care products can withhold a whole lot of harmful ingredients, toxins and chemicals. The majority of store-bought, commercially- produced beauty products come packed with artificial colors, fragrances, preservatives and stabilizers that can easily be absorbed through the skin’s pores, potentially causing a range of negative long-term health effects.

Unfortunately, today it’s a reality that most mass-produced products we use everyday, including personal beauty care and household cleansing, are loaded with endless synthetic ingredients that can wind up causing more harm than good. One of the most significant consequences from artificial skin care products is hormone imbalances that can impact a women’s menstrual cycle, fertility and even hormone levels in men.

TRUESSENCE is a small production house in Nordsjælland that focuses on producing the most effective products from the most natural and simple ingredients. We aim to use not only natural but also less ingredients on skin. All products have no preservatives nor artificial chemicals. The closer to the natural the product is, the more our skin will know what do to with it. The simpler formulation is, the less burden it is to our skin.
